I'm headed out the door to catch a plane to Thailand. After flying all night, I'll arrive in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia tomorrow at 7 am, then finish the trip to Chiang Mai by early afternoon. Poor Will and Darcy will be all alone, so I'm sure they would enjoy some friendly e-mails to keep them company!
I, personally, cannot wait to eat my way through the city of Chiang Mai. Hopefully I will return having fully indulged my ridiculous obsession with Pad Thai, and maybe even have added a couple of new dishes to my Thai food repertoire... as long as they westernize it for me and hold the chili.
